Rochelle brings a wealth of experience, energy, and curiosity to the role, with more than 15 years in analytics and a deep background in SAP and data-driven strategy. She’ll be leading our teams and engaging directly with clients to shape innovative solutions and deliver real impact.

From Industrial Engineering to Data Storytelling
“With a foundation in Industrial Engineering, I developed a deep appreciation for analysing systems, from production lines to business processes. With over 15 years in analytics, I’m driven by a passion for data and the stories it tells. I like uncovering connections, solving puzzles, and transforming raw information into insights.”
Rochelle’s approach blends analytical rigour with creative curiosity, always searching for patterns and meaning that drive smarter decisions.
Why 4s4?
“I have always been in large corporations, so I am looking forward to being part of a smaller team making a big impact. And taking myself outside of my comfort zone.”
